2024Our team
KREIA group was formed by Ondřej Špaček (KROKEM) and Tereza Raabová (Economic Impact, Culture Matters). In 2020 they joined forces and have since collaborated under the KREIA brand.
Ondřej Špaček
Ondřej has extensive experience in regional development, tourism, sport and culture. He focuses on preparing development concepts, strategies, action plans and impact studies. He spent 11 years at KPMG and has completed over 500 projects throughout his career.
Tereza Raabová
Tereza specialises in cultural policy, the economics of culture and evaluation of cultural organisations. She developed an economic impact methodology certified by the Czech Ministry of Culture and is co-author of the State Cultural Policy 2026–2030+. She studied at VŠE and JAMU, with placements in Finland, Canada and the Netherlands.
Jan Sedlár
Jan specialises in strategic studies, evaluations, impact analyses and feasibility studies in regional development, tourism and sport. He studied economics at IES FSV UK and worked at KPMG and Kearney. He holds PRINCE2® certifications.
Jakub Kos
Jakub has 17 years of experience in banking, where he led teams and managed projects. He specialised in process optimisation and customer relationship management. In recent years he works as a project manager and consultant in regional development and tourism.
Tereza Jetelová
Tereza specialises in projects in culture, tourism and leisure. She works on strategic and conceptual studies, impact analyses and feasibility studies. She studied Cultural Management at MUNI and has practical experience in data processing within media monitoring.
Helena Kubíčková
Helena specialises in strategic planning and tourism development. She prepares strategies, data analytics and tourism benefit assessments. She combines a data-driven approach with practical ideas for each destination.
Adéla Volejníková
Adéla focuses on analytical studies in regional development, sport and tourism. She contributes to impact and feasibility studies and analyses survey data. She is a demography graduate from Charles University, currently pursuing her doctorate.
